Not sure why, but the city decided to start doing work on the road in front of the high school that I teach at just a week before the school year ended. It is already a dangerous place at the end of the day, now it has gotten worse. Why couldn't they have waited. Argggg.

Every year we purchase these cards. What a great deal, the money goes to a charity and then we receive all kinds of discounts for the year. Usually saving much more than we spent to buy the cards

Students who have perfect attendance are allowed to skip the final exams at Clinton High. Sarah has had perfect attendance all year, but I only allowed her to skip this trimester's exams so that she could get ready for her trip to Hawaii.

Kurt grilling. He loves to grill during the spring and summer when he gets a chance. We invited several people over for Memorial day (today) What a feast, hamburgers, hot dogs, and two types of Brats. Yummy

Sarah has a toe that looks like it might be getting a little bit of an infection. Had her soak the toe for a couple of days to get rid of the infection before she heads to Hawaii.
